Asked easy questions, but when it came to the aspects of the job they made it seem 10x better than what things would actually be. I was told I would be able to make a lot of money as long as I worked fast and worked hard. However when I actually started working there were not enough truck for everyone to do and the lead men would take all of the high paying trucks.
Interview is simple. They review your application. If you have heartbeat and willingness to work, they bring you in for a tour. They'll show you the different docks where unloading occurs and try to explain the pay structure and some of the operational logic around unloading. It will all go in one ear and out the other, but if you're interested, they'll tell you to come in for orientation, where you'll spend a couple hours watching videos and taking quizzes which the hiring manager will give you the answers to if you're struggling. Then, you'll start work the next day. If they assign you to the cooler, well.. good luck.

Fast interview in and out. I was given a quick tour of the warehouse. I was not really asked much. They seem like they were desperate for employees. Also, orientation was long but at least I was getting paid for it.
