First you havesubmit to submit a detailed curriculum vitae to show your qualifications first. Then wait if you are shortlisted. If you are shortlisted, you are then required take a theoretical test. If you make the test, that means if you make it to the cutoff, then you are called for interview. Then you wait for the results of the interview, if you pass, you wait for an opening. It does not mean that if you pass everything, you will be hired. You have to wait for an opening.
