Typical interview process with manager. I met with the recruiter and she gave me information on pay and benefits. I was able to tour the floor. The interview was average.

Interview process was haphazard and thrown together at the last minute. It showed. The process was not transparent. I interviewed for the residency program and was told that I could select any three of my preferred units to be placed on. However, once I got to orientation I learned that I basically only had three units to choose from. On the other hand, some people who had interviewed were immediately placed on units, some of which they liked, others they hated. It seems unprofessional to mislead candidates that way. It is clear that they created the residency program to staff units that nobody wants to work on.
