There are three stages to the interview. One is a phone call. The second is a webcam interview. The third is a face to face interview at the office. Each of the stages of interviews ask relatively the same questions you would be expected to be asked in an interview. The interviews are not too bad. They do ask behavioral questions.

The interview process is very long. I had 4 interviews but recently I've heard you go through 3 interviews. They do an EXTENSIVE background check, including researching potential family members that may work their due to regulations.

Started with a phone interview with a recruiter. Progressed to a webcam interview with someone from Capital Group's HR team. Lastly ended with a one on one in person interview. They focus heavily on behavioral questions, so definitely know the STAR method. First you watch a mock call and ask if anyone has any questions or what you notice about the call. Then you have your interview with somone one on one which is nice because it is more personal. Then you have a tour of the BEAUTIFUL campus in irvine, i really loved it , very green and earthy. Everyone was polite and welcoming.

The interview and hiring process is lengthy and quite involved. Be prepared to be asked questions and talk about your work history and be willing to submit to a background check. The process will probably take a couple of months before they offer a job to you.
