You are not being evaluated during tour or job demonstration unless you show some very strange behavior. Lastly, you will go through reference checking. They are very in depth on this- so don't try to hide or enhance anything in resume. Finally, you will be offered job.

First was a Zoom interview w/ recruiter. If you move in then it's two in person interviews on the same day with different hiring managers. Standard STAR format questions. They give you a tour of the campus and offices to give you a sense of the working environment.
