J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Capital Group (Irvine, CA) en nov. 2013
Entretien
Applied online through my school's career website and had an on-campus interview about 2 weeks later. I was emailed the next day that I was invited to come into their Irvine office for more interviews and to meet the rest of the team in 2 weeks. I received a call that I received an offer a couple days after the final round interview. The questions they asked in the interviews were entirely behavioral and straightforward, absolutely no technical questions. The questions focused on teamwork/leadership scenarios, they really want to make sure you're a good fit with the culture because it seems like they have a really solid training program for the more technical aspects. The company is all about openness, collaboration and creativity. Everyone I met there was extremely nice and down to earth and their Irvine campus was really beautiful. Also their dress code is "business casual with denim", which was refreshing.

Recorded video interview, a live video interview, and then they flew me out to the Irvine office to have an on campus interview. Process took less than 2 weeks and was very rushed. However the people were nice and the interview questions were ALL behavioral. But they do dive DEEP into your resume.
