Entretien
Telephone interview and then a role play presentation interview. The telephone interview was to check my skill level, it was competency based and I had to give examples of my previous work and situations. The second interview was a panel type interview where I was given a scenario to present to two HR professionals who were in 'role play' as operational managers, they really put me through my paces and it did serve to build desire for the job. I would say that they are looking for HR people who are very commercial and not too 'fluffy'.

Entretien
From the application to interview was very fast only 4 days- but this was the best thing about the process. The panel consisted of two middle aged women one of whom tapped away on a laptop with an air of disinterest. The other one just wanted to catch me out and adopted a twee approach to her situational questions. They didn’t like me and made it plain so I wasn’t surprised to get the rejection the next day.
