The interview process was fairly easy. Telephone interview consists of basic questions which any person can answer. The face to face interview consists of again simple questions and a role play.

two rounds of questions, one compentece based, the second one note taking, there was 1 recruiter for the first interview, 2 for the second interview. The second interview was a real dialogue that I had to take notes of because the job involves note taking.
