Applied through raw talent academy. Initial Skype interview and a full 12 hour day of varying interviews and presentations. Very intense, Tiring and as a marker of quality I question the rationale of whether this is a valid indicator of talent

It was all done online pretty straight forward the interviewer was lovely. We didn't need to have cams on and just spoke comfortable for a while. It was a long time ago so can't remember much about it

Entretien
Very general interview process with two stages. First stage was a telephone interview which consisted of general work questions about my experience and why I wanted to join the company. The second stage was a face to face interview which lasted for 45 minutes.
