Two senior staff conducting the interview. Fairly easy going, both staff were engaging, the topics were relevant to my field. I was offered the job at the end of the interview. I was going travelling but that didn’t matter and they were prepared to wait.

The interview process was very relaxed and laid back. You were made to feel comfortable during the interview and group exercise. In the group exercise we were given a case study to go through and present our decision as a group at the end.

Applied through a recruiter, had an interview with future supervisor, less than half an hour with a fairly informal chat. I got the impression they were keen on hiring new people. Had a tour of the place afterwards
