The interview process was straight forward. Both interviewers were passionate and asked me key and important questions about my experience to date. Throughout the interview I felt that this was the firm I wanted to work for. After a couple of days the person in Recruitment called me to offer me the job so I was over the moon.

Initial competency based interview, followed by an in person meeting onsite. Preparation material was provided in advance which was helpful. Overall I had a positive experience at interview and dealing with the recruitment team.

Total incompetence! After the screening interview I was sent generic rejection email. I asked for feedback and was told I didn't have enough experience, which I challenged as I have many more years than they required. A week later I receive a phone call apologising for the mistake and asking me to attend a last minute interview and provide 2 support materials to present. I completed the interview and at the end of it was told I would hear very shortly but I never heard back from Capita, despite writing to the HR contact 2 times. An awful experience and I will not waste my time applying to Capita in the future.

Entretien
The interview process was quick and streamlined. It was a two-stage interview and, one on the phone and the other over VC. Both stages I thought we're communicated well and professional.
