I was contacted by a recruitment agency that organised for me to attend capita Interview. I have a stammering problem. In face to face round itself HR told that they need excellent verbal communication skills even for backoffice (No calling).HR told me to Improve verbal communication.I told her that I have stammering problem. HR denied it. I worked in many MNC companies where for backoffice they need only excellent written communication.But, this company want excellent (not good or average) verbal communication also. I will never go to this company for Interview again.I know that they don't need.
