Discussed my online application and briefly talked about my background and experience with a member of the HR team, then was offered an interview. Had a face to face interview with the Operations Delivery Manager which focused on past experiences, achievements, my skills and my background, and the way in which I work. The interviewers reassured me that they wanted the interview to be as informal as possible, which made the process a lot more comfortable and helped make me less nervous.

Interveiw over teams, person was from South Africa, got an email for an offer. The background screening process is long. Everyone was friendly and helpful and also informative. There was a maths question during interveiw

Problem solving questions, maths skills, linguistic capabilities, previous experience were talked through and thoroughly checked. Nothing out of the ordinary, fairly quick overall compared to other interviews I have had. Conducted online or in person - as per preference. Pay is discussed.
Straightforward and simple format with the typical questions you would expect. Took about 20 minutes, some getting to know you chat and then interview questions. Interview was one on one, job offer made immediately once interview was finished.
