I got refereed by an employee and it took around 15days to get an offer from HR. 2 telephonic technical interviews and 1 HR interview to negotiate salary.
1) First round was taken by technical team.
2) Second round taken by manager.
3) Final round by HR.

Questions were mostly from my past experience and testing background.
Good knowledge person has taken interview mostly technical side questions I have faced easy to answer concentrate on basics things as well testing knowledge testing experience related to domain is mandatory

Hiring process was good and in a smooth way.
Java, automation , selenium , testng,Maven, Jenkins, cucumber framework , hybrid framework, pom .
Interview was for 1 hour and both technicals
Package offered was 9.5 lpa for 3.5 years experience.

I have interviewed at Gurgaon office (formally know as Aricent).
2 Technical round total duration 5 hours and 1 HR round duration 1 month and 15 days.
In Technical round they
asked about the current project.
Python scripting knowledge was tested:-
- types(Tuples, list,sting, interger)
-oop concept (object, class, inheritance, polymorphism)
-MRO (Method resolution order)
-How to do selenium automation testing in Python.
-A few puzzles.
