I had two 30 minute interviews with Capgemini. I didn't really get a full explanation of the role, the company's values, or the company culture since the interviews were so short and the role I was interviewing for changed several times. They had set questions to ask and I had my more thought provoking questions. I didn't want to waste time on logistical questions, but unfortunately they were never answered and I never was really even sure what I was interviewing for. I would say the interviews went well and I enjoyed talking to the employees that I did. But the recruiter was awful. She was super impatient. If I didn't pick up the phone, she would text me, email me, and LinkedIn message me. She also was somewhat judgmental and rude towards me. She also wouldn't allow me to see the benefits before I got the official acceptance letter, but I couldn't get an official acceptance letter until I accepted. Therefore, I couldn't make an informed decision. I ultimately had another offer that I felt much better about and took that instead. I would not recommend this company based on the interview experience I had.
