Very easy going, more like a conversation about motives and expectations. They also asked some questions in English and after the interview, they sent an English test to evaluate the level.

The process was professional and well-structured, consisting of three main stages. It began with an initial HR screening to discuss my background and cultural fit. This was followed by a technical interview focusing on Java fundamentals (OOP, Collections, Exceptions) and a short live coding exercise on basic algorithms. The final stage was a managerial interview centered on project experience, situational questions, and career aspirations. Communication from the recruitment team was consistent throughout.
