      Entretien

      There were 3 interview steps before hired. The first 2 were phone calls about your work experiences and technical questions. Then they asked me to meet on-site at the Charlotte office. I had met 4 team members; mostly from the creative teams. The interview was about 2 hours long and mostly asked about your ideal work culture, experiences, and leadership.

      Entretien

      3 rounds: Phone screen, zoom call with art director, 2.5 hour panel zoom call. I knew I was interested in CapTech the second the phone screen started. The recruiter was super kind and opened with general conversation to ease the nerves. It took about 20 minutes. The 2nd round was a portfolio review. The art director pulled up my website and we talked about why I chose to create these pieces, what my passions were in design, and a couple technical points. The panel was very long but it didn’t feel like 2.5 hours. 4 people cycled into a zoom call one at a time where I had 30 minutes with each person. Creative directors, principal of UX, etc. the last 30 minutes was a debrief with the recruiter. Offer came about 3 weeks later.
