A very lengthy interview process where they plainly reject at the end without any reasoning. I had to first complete a long written essay that goes pretty deep into my high school (NOT college), three technical interviews (which all went very well, and I really appreciate the interviewers), one stupid aptitude test, one stupid behavioural assessment, one "Talent Scientist" interview and one with the hiring lead. All the rest of the interviewers were very warm and shared positive feedback. The last one was the hiring lead interview. From the start I knew he was not interested. I don't know if it was some racist discrimination or something, but he was clearly giving an attitude like I was wasting his time. I barely talked with him for 30 mins vs more than 1 hour with other interviewers. If they wanted to, they could've rejected me after the first interview, or at least after the first three interviews. But, giving positive feedback till last round and sending a blanket rejection email template is just straight up unprofessional. I mean, at that point I had given 3 months of my life just interviewing there. Glad I didn't end up there.
PS: Again, I truly appreciate the first three technical interviewers. I had well over one hour of discussion with them.

Question 1
Just your experience at your current role, some questions about how you work like git workflow and agile practices. Talent scientist keeps asking about your school life

Une véritable horreur pour rien en fin de compte. Ça m'a fait perdre beaucoup de temps et d'énergie pour avoir un retour négatif à la fin. Manque de transparence total. À éviter absolument.
