Fase di selezione lunga e tediosa, costituita da diverse fasi inutili e discriminatorie (un test attitudinale con diverse domande riguardo il mio percorso di studi liceale con una decina di domande aperte, un test delle capacità motorie e intellettuali basato sulla velocità di risposta a domande di matematica e logica), tempi di attesa lunghi.

There were 3 initial rounds, followed by 3 more technical rounds (this included doing a take home assignment you have to present). The process is long, and can be disappointing to receive no offer and no feedback by the end of the session.
