Application assez détaillée a faire pour postuler. Réponse rapide avec une possibilité d'évaluer le processus a chaque étape. Décision selon la préférence de manager de secteur. Offre pas trés clair - difficile á savoir ce qui est rechercher concretement.

The hiring process here is long and feels more complicated than it needs to be. The company keeps saying how “special” their process is, but most of the communication is just templated emails with little personal touch.
You go through several stages before even reaching interviews, and if you don’t make it through, there’s no real feedback—just a generic rejection after weeks of effort. The interview setup requires three separate interviews, but in my case one interviewer didn’t show up, and no one followed up for several days. When they finally did, they told me I wasn’t a fit without rescheduling or offering proper feedback, just a quick apology.
Another thing I noticed is that Canonical posts jobs constantly on multiple platforms. They clearly invest heavily in advertising roles, which makes me wonder if there’s real urgency to fill positions or if it’s just a conveyor‑belt style hiring process that ends up draining both applicants and employees.
Overall, the process felt impersonal, time‑consuming, and not respectful of the effort candidates put in.

The organisation has the most archiac interview process, starting from ridiculous questions about primary school education (yes) for an experienced hire with 15 years in the industry. I wanted to give them a chance and see if the process has any merit and also not to be rude, I asked that these questions seem very detailes, are they willing to match a salary I had in mind and they lied with a yes. So I obliged and aswered all this preposterously irrelevant questionnaire hoping the process might get more reasonable. Alas, they came back with an automated reject response. It does not end there, I saw the same role being advertised again in 5 months which only proves that the company can neither hire nor retain their talent.

An automated response goes out to every applicant with a 20-question overload that others have posted.
