No feedback is given at the end of the process upon rejection. interaction with a recruiting agent is key to clarify expectations around the job compensation reporting line and many important aspects that are outside of the skills selection process, and t’s entirely lacking here. My appraisal of the process is that it's mediocre inasmuch as no information is shared with candidates, low touch, and dehumanised.
