A lot about my working style, motivations and habits. Some sales simulations was also done. Also, good knowledge about the company and its offerings is a must.

waste of time. they make you take a bunch of IQ tests as if that's some sort of signal that you'll be good at sales. i get what they're going for but don't think it actually increases the level of talent
