Didn't get hired but they seem to have a great interview process although it's tough and extremely competitive. Also, approachable hiring lead, Flexible written interview, but yeah. Sad i didn't get in since apparently they have 80,000 applicant for one position alone. That's how competitive it is and the interview questions are built to pass only best of the best.

What leadership roles did you take on during your education? Did you conceive of, and drive to completion, any initiatives outside of your required classwork?
Very difficult and mind-boggling. From assessment to assessment. Felt like they had already recruited someone else for the job. It wasn't worth all the hustle and assessments. It was a Red flag for me.

Please this must be one of the worst recruitment stages I have ever been through. What a joke! This is a full-time position, not some apprenticeship. I have two years of experience in this field and I have never been asked what I did during high school in any kind of company, event, or interview. I read some of their replies here and they even said that they are proud of it and it has helped them select wonderful people blah blah. Yeah, keep it to yourself literally such a joke. I got into the best university in my current residing country and then I was asked about my experience, extracurricular activities, and grade when I was a teenager at a small high school in the middle of nowhere of a third-world country?? I feel like it's such a joke and just gonna waste your time. Even top companies in finance would never do this to their candidates. I use Chatgpt to help me write of course because I'm not wasting some hours trying to write some essay for such an easy role. And they don't even pay me to do that so. The job advertisement is posted everywhere around the world as "remote working". I believe they must get thousands of people sending applications for one role. Such a waste of time for both their HR people and also candidates. And also, please just avoid Helsinki, Finland next time when you post an advertisement.
