The interview process was very long and complex, starting with a written list of questions, enquiring about the sports you played when you were 15 y old, or the grade you got at the same age. Then you'll have several meetings with the same questions. I left after 2 interviews, and this was one of the worst recruitment processes I ever saw. This recruitment process smells like the '80s, but not in a good way.
