All remote process for a remote role. Had to do several hours worth of written homework as well as a web based personality and skills test up front.
First round was a few interviews with engineers and HR. An hour each. Next round was with managers, followed by meeting the CEO. That bounced back to more interviews managers, with no known connection to the role I applied for. Same set of standard interview questions. Looped back to the CEO again. More homework and further interviews were requested. At that point I left the process. 12 hours or so of interview time gave me little to look forward to.
Applied through LinkedIn, they sent me 20 questions to answer, each one I can write a book to answer! don't do that, they are absolute time wasters, you will get no feedback what's so ever, and they don't even send an email to say no, just keep waiting, when chased for a decision, they said we can not give you an answer, just wait!!!

Initial screen went well. It was followed by a very lengthy, in detail 50+ essay questionnaire, including everything from my high school GPA to current situation. Zero feedback aside from an automated rejection letter. I requested feedback, received no reply.
