J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Canonical

      Entretien

I was really excited to work with some of the people I encountered throughout the process. Everything was going very well and that's what kept me on board through the unnecessarily tedious process of interviewing, taking assessments, the lengthy written interview before you even speak to someone... where you answer questions about your experience in high school? It was the strangest and most outdated process I've gone through. With that said, here are the steps (they at least let you know in the initial email what they'll be): 1-resume review 2-written interview 3-Thomas GIA & PPA assessments 4-1st video interview 5-2nd video interview 6-Final interview with your (future) boss 7-Meeting with CFO (post-offer) I made it to the final interview and had nothing but great feedback given to me, though I wasn't really given much time to have a real conversation. Most of the time, my interviewer did the talking, reviewed my personality and aptitude tests, and told me I was the first good candidate they'd found for the role. My interviewer gave me a time frame of when he'd get back to me, even mentioned next steps and meeting with the executive team, and I was really excited to potentially join. However, even with my follow up emails, I never got so much as a rejection. It was pretty discouraging, but truthfully I'm grateful it happened because I would never want to represent a company that is disrespectful to candidates after putting them through months of interviews and making false promises. If that's acceptable to the person responsible for this department, that isn't a standard I can get behind.
