      Extremely terrible at it's worst. Don't even bother to apply there, except you dont mind wasting weeks on very intensive and time consuming tasks before getting disappointed. The first stage is a written interview, with about 30 essay questions to answer. Second stage is also similar - about 15 technical questions with long answers. Third stage has about 3 different interviews with different team members. Fourth stage is with HR. Fifth stage also has about 3 to 4 different interviews with team managers. Don't bother, it's just not worth the stress.

      It looks one month. Another total waste of time review of Canonical. They are polling CVs from huge amount of candidates all over the word via remote working opportunity and looks like they are eliminating them without proper examinations. Ubuntu is a good Linux Distribution, but Glassdoor review stars show the company's status better As I understood I should have read better the Glassdoor review before applying the job. Rejection is part of the any job interview process. However, my only expectation was to get meaningful answer why I failed. Although I could get a response a day later about the interview process before I was rejected, they did not consider any of my emails after the rejection.I really expected from them to act professionally.

      General Linux questions to review general topics, and some of them were lated opensource related questions. In the sosreport analysis questions, I was able to see the meaningful questions of the take-home tests regarding the aspect of the job.

      This far it has been great, a little bit tired since they require us to fill a very large stack of questions, The questions gather information of background since high school, university and experience on open source projects.

      It is astonishing and disappointing that some employers resort to using pseudo-science nonsense as a criterion for hiring. They base their decisions on dubious psychology tests that have no scientific validity or reliability. This is a poor and unfair way of screening potential employees who may have valuable skills and talents to offer.
