Recruiter led interviews with key executives and technical team members. Very pleasant team, most interviews done by phone (not even video) with a final interview in person (pushed for by me) - had I not pushed they would have hired sight unseen (think of your coworkers being hired that way.

asked about clients, market and technology, the leadership talked a lot about the requirement for the VP position, their goals and how many customers they need and CEOs they want to meet. However, in 11 years old company the leadership does not know any CEO in the world because stay only in their offices in London and Boston.
