The first step was a Phone screen with Recruiter, followed by a Video Interview with the Hiring Manager, and wrapped up with a group interview of peers before extending an offer. Took roughly 3 weeks.

Met with HR, hiring manager and team members but never heard back from them after the 3rd interview round. Very unprofessional and a huge red flag when companies ghost candidates.
