The interview process was organized and professional; however, the first interview with the hiring company did not know very much about the position and couldn't answer my questions. Everyone was friendly though.

Made it to the first round of interview (with Bloom). They were very kind and attentive. Questions were mostly about previous work experience and suggestions for expanding their current programs.
Phone call with HR. Then in person interview with HR and COO. Then presentation with the leadership team. The interview process is very clear and they keep you updated throughout.
