The follow-up meeting call wasn't great!
Unfortunately, HR forgot about the follow-up call, and I have to email them to follow up on the status.
It seems like there is some disconnection in the interview dialogues.
Pre-screening interview with HR at Canada Goose was fair. Basic questions about yourself, why this company and why you are looking. At the end you get the chance to ask your own questions.

Hiring Manager insisted on last minute video conference while I was on vacation. No heads up on this - recruiter informed me that the hiring manager was eccentric and that they weren’t surprized that it went from phone call to video.
