I went to OFE which offers free employment services designed to connect job seekers. They trained me for three weeks and then sent me to the factory for actual training.

Got a call to come in for an in person interview as the interview requires a sewing test. Went to the main headquarters, filled out an application form, the interviewer went over some basic questions regarding the position, pay, work hours etc. very basic things. Went over the the factory floor with all the sewing machines and did a simple test with a supervisor who watches you, too see how you perform on the test. They just get you to sew a few lines on the industrial machine, and fold the edges of a square and sew it down. After that you are either not selected, selected but need training or go straight to the work floor.
