I applied on Linkedin and I've been contacted via "Messaging" on Linkedin by the General Manager to schedule a phone interview or video interview I replied to this person few hours later giving her a possible date and hour to have a call and the next day I received a rejecting email by the company. I, then messaged this person back asking why on earth I have been first contacted and then rejected without INTERVIEW or EXPLANATION . I guess being professional it is a skill that not everyone has!!!
