I had the opportunity to interview for a Manager position. The discussion with the hiring manager was interesting and technically engaging, and the role itself seemed well positioned within the organization. However, after the interview process I did not receive further updates despite follow-up messages. A clearer communication on the outcome or timeline would improve the candidate experience. Overall the interaction during the interview stage was positive, but more transparency in the recruiting process would be appreciated.
