Casual Facetime call where I was asked about my studies, previous experience with kids, etc. Only lasted about ten minutes, and I was given an offer at the end of the call, rather than having to wait for an acceptance.

Applied through a form. The interview was not difficult, as the employers already knew me. It was more of a friendly chat, let's say. I was hired shortly after the interview.
