The interview is essentially questions about what you would like to achieve in the position as well as some questions about your experience with children. A lot of the interview is based on your desire to work with kids and help them grow as individuals. Some questions may be about your experience with role models and what made that person a role model.

Entretien
Interview occurred over Skype. The interview was typical, however, they make it clear during the interview that Camp Foley is more than just a "fun" summer job. The work can be very difficult at times.
