Applied online about one month before Team Leader phone call. During phone call they checked my CV/skills. I met the Team Leader after the call. We talked about Camlin and their business line. I understood that it was a real small business line. I met Team Leader again, with another employee for a Skills Test. They focused on C language and cross-platform problems.
