The whole interview experience and hiring process, from the first phone screening up until onboarding, was a very positive experience. The HR representatives I spoke to (at the main HQ in Texas) were especially eager and willing to walk me through anything I needed clarification about. If they couldn't immediately answer a question, they quickly referred me to someone who did. First I had an initial phone screening with HR. This was to discuss my general interest in the role and manage expectations. Then I went in person for 2 interviews. The first interview was with my would-be supervisor; the second interview was with a panel that included upper management as well as a few would-be colleagues. Everyone was very friendly, answered all my questions, and overall I would recommend this company to others. I have only good things to say about the HR employees I spoke with, and the hiring process.
