This process started in March of 2024. I interviewed virtually with the Director of Planning, Engineering, and Architecture. I was then ghosted so I assume I didn't do well or qualify. Then I was contacted again in January of 2025 stating my name came up again and would like to invited me to in-person "2nd interview". I agreed not expecting any outcome, so I went and met with the same Director and the Executive Director. I was then ghosted again, so I assume I did not do well in the interview, or a more qualified candidate has filled the role. It's negative in my opinion because of the lack of communication.
