Internal recruiter was 20min late for phone screening. Made it to in-person interview, hr/talent acquisition regularly forgot my name as well as the hiring managers title. Hiring manager clearly didn’t read my resume and was unprepared for interview. Made it to final interview with team members, went well. Heard nothing for 3 weeks, even after sending follow up email. Eventually received an offer via email which was sitting in my junk folder. No phone call, no congratulations - so peculiar!!!! Should’ve seen this as a red flag as my hiring manager ignored me for almost 2 weeks when I started my role.
