My first interview was over the phone, during this the position was explained and questions about my related past job experience were asked. After this a second in-person interview was scheduled and an agenda was emailed to me days in advanced so I was able to prepare better and know exactly who I was going to be meeting with. I felt very welcomed and was able to get an overall feel of the organization and the role itself. The people I talked to and met with throughout the interviewing process were very professional and friendly.

Lengthy interview process. I believe this company has potential but their leadership and lack of diversity is problematic. However, diversity is an industry wide issue though. Might be a place for others just not for me.

Was contacted a few weeks after applying. Had a 20 minute phone screen with recruiter. Recruiter was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I felt more positive about working there after talking with her (I had some reservations based on reviews on this site, but I kept it to myself). The next step was supposed to be forwarding my resume on to the hiring manager but I never heard anything further until I got the form email rejection about a month later. The last time I looked the job was still posted. I can't say what the hiring manager is looking for, but I do think this recruiter was great to interact with.

Responded to an online ad. I was contacted by a human resource professional. The call went well and she suggested we schedule a follow-up call with the hiring manager. That took one month to schedule. Interviewed with the hiring manager via phone. Terrible interviewer and not at all interested in talking to me. He said he would be interviewing other candidates and they would make a decision within a month. That was three months ago. I never heard back from them.

How do you suggest we find the voice of the customer?
It was disappointing to learn that you had such a long time between when you were applied and when you were contacted regarding the marketing opportunity. We believe in continuous process improvement...therefore, we will work on these details and assess how and where we can improve on our communications and processes.
