The interview process has 5 stages. The first stage is an interview with the CEO and the main topics are the candidate's background and motivation. After the initial interview with the CEO, the 4 following stages are conducted by Calimero employees. 3 out of 4 stages are technical interviews (coding/system design), and the last stage is a behavioral interview.
