Introductory phone call and then you come into the store to meet with the Owner & Manager. They essentially ask you the same questions and have you do a design challenge to test your creative eye which involves putting a room together

Meet with the store manager, talk about your background, career goals, and why you chose to apply to Calico. Then, you complete a really fun exercise in which you pull samples from the floor to design a hypothetical room.
