Fast and friendly 3-round interview process. Rounds 1 and 2 focused on technical skills. The final round covered past experience and HR questions during a discussion with the COO. The interview started casually Then the interviewer felt like he came running from somewhere and was googling questions on the go I was not given any brief about expectation of first round but that's okay. 15 mins went in greetings, introductions, day-2-day jobs. Then the interviewer asked me about java 21 questions such as record, virtual threads, completablefuture and optional. Couldn't answer well in 2 of them i.e virtual thread and record. They then cut the call 12 mins into discussion saying they are good for now. It felt like a bad interview process
