One of the worst experiences as a candidate I've ever had. Late communications, disregard for the candidate's time, unclear assessements and leaving the process unresolved by simply ghosting candidates. I understand there are many candidates for a single position, but courtesy rejection emails can be easily arranged. Plus, as soon as a candidate enteres the interview cycle, a further personalised call or email is customary in companies that value people.
