Applied online; had phone interview and then in person interview. I met with both the Chef Manager that was moving on and the Chef Manager taking over. I definitely have the experience for the job, great references and no problem with a background check. My in person interview was on a Wednesday and I was told that I was the only person that even applied for the position and that I should expect to be hired and they would contact me on Friday to confirm. Never heard back on Friday and then I called and left voicemail messages for both Chefs the following Monday. Again, never heard back. I applied for the same position at another location - never heard back. Both of the positions have been posted again. I consider it to be rude and unprofessional for a company to not have the decency to return calls or respond to emails of a potential candidate or to not have the nerve to be honest and tell someone why they are being turned down .
