Most unprofessional interview and rubbish I've ever experienced. No questions about qualifications or skills. Only wanted to know if you are entertaining. If this is how they hire their employees I can only imagine how the executive management team manages such a business. If you want employees who are serious, skilled an talented, then treat them as professionals. Not pawns in a game.
