Paralegals go through a long 3 hour interview. The first 2 hours are 30 min interviews with various attorneys that you would be working with and the last hour is with the other paralegals on the team.

In the days leading up to the interview, I was so nervous. Given how vast the firm is there were hundreds of applicants which makes this position highly competitive. When I heard back that I was confirmed for my interview I was overjoyed. The interview itself was very pleasant. My interviewer made me feel calm, understood, and accepted. They informed me of all the obligations, work ethic, and hours that are to be expected of me should I get hired. Unlike other firms, they were eager to hear about my future prospects of wanting to attend law school. There are a total of three rounds of interviews, and I was invited back for a second.
