Entretien
The process was 4 interviews in total with a project presentation. Between the long intensive interviews they still require a 30minute or more project pitch in which you have to make your slide presentation describing the benefits of their system. They do not provide any resources and will grill you for another 30 minutes afterwards asking the same questions just phrased differently. The questions will all be centered around “how would you handle a difficult provider or increase referrals” not a good sign. The presentation was suggested to take 4-5 hours in the assignment but in reality it is more like 10. I'm sorry but with the amount of interviews and experience candidates are bringing this is a red flag to require full time people to complete on their personal time. The hiring manager stated a “work hard play hard environment” but the team interviewers gave the impression it was a grind and no fun. During the whole process the hiring manager (boss) was engaging and even mentioned how excellent the presentation and interviews had gone only to ghost me after the final interview. They even stated they were looking to hire quickly but after a month of waiting with no response I reached out to the recruiter… no job. The hiring manager made me jump through all these hoops and didn't even have the respect to let me know I was no longer considered.
