Only made it to the first round of the interview process. It was an easy technical interview focus on OOP concepts. I had one technical question wrong, and did well on the coding part, so I was somewhat confident to proceed to the next round. Some weeks have gone by without any email, so I emailed my interviewer directly to ask for feedback and status, and no reply from him either. I'm glad I did not get this job, If a company doesn't even have the spine to tell you that you got rejected, I could only imagine how they would treat their employees, when their laying them off.
